Background: Individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) may exhibit impairments in social communication. When comorbid with other psychiatric conditions, additional deficits in impulse control, emotional regulation, and problem-solving may further increase vulnerability in complex social situations. The Case Report of Three Patients: Three patients had the diagnosis of ASD and comorbid psychiatric disorders. These cases demonstrated difficulties in interpreting social cues and managing interpersonal stress. In certain high-stress contexts, such impairments may contribute to maladaptive behaviors, including occasional violent acts, leading to involvement with the criminal justice system. Conclusion: Although relatively rare, such cases pose challenges for mental health and legal systems. Early identification, tailored interventions, and interdisciplinary collaboration are essential.
